She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulice Palmer and Anna Palmer; her sister Phyllis Henry; her sister-in-law Teressa Palmer; and her niece Anna Perkey.
She is survived by: her siblings, Kathy Arden, Skyla Perkey, Charles Palmer (Linda) and Eddie Palmer; her nieces and nephews, Samantha Phillips (Justin), Brianna Perkey, Jennifer Perkey, Brandi Markowicz, Jeanie Salyer, Mary Ann McTeer, Chris Palmer, Eugene Henry and Ashton Palmer; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cheyenne Phillips, Christian Palmer, Katrina Mosier, Brixton Phillips, Nathaniel Phillips, Christopher Palmer and Gavin Markowicz.
