He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Burt and Ruby Russell (Belcher). He is survived by: his wife Dianah Russell; his sons, Joseph (Sheri Russell) and Jeremy (Melissa Russell); his granddaughters, Andrea Ellison, Ember Russell and Harper Russell; his cousins, Linda Goodman and Betty Kinser; and his close friends, Joe Howes, Gene Webster and Kevin Pike.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Piney Ruritan Club (2890 Davis Ferry Rd, Loudon, TN 37774).
