She was predeceased by: her parents, Preston Babb and Leila Babb (Moran); her husband Huie Alford; her daughter Jean Alford; and her siblings, Helen Babb, Nell May, Ruth Morgan, Gladys Blizzard, Walter Babb, Thomas Babb, Milton Babb and Sam Babb.
She is survived by: her son Russell; her daughter-in-law Linda Alford; her daughter Janice Alford; her granddaughters, Gina Dotson (Chris), Abby Alford (Ron Wilber), Julie Tate (Tony) and Natalie Davis of Dalton, GA; and her great grandchildren, Drew Dotson and Cade Tate. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins.
