She was predeceased by: her husband James Lowe Sr.; her son Mark Lowe; her parents, Paul Berry and Josephine Berry; and her siblings, Betty Roberts, Allen Berry and Sterling Berry.
She is survived by: her children, James Lowe Jr. and Patricia Brown; her son-in-law Ryan; her grandchildren, Jessica Weatherwax (Nick), Jake Lowe (Kayla), Savannah Fike, Alyssa Lowe (Miguel), Katelynn Brown and Mathew Brown; her great grandchildren, Aliyah, Kaiden, Sophie, Mason and Santiago; and her sisters, Patsy Willis, Jerry Ramsey, Kay Pitts and Frankie Jenkins. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
