He was predeceased by: his former wives, Donna Hooker Arp and Suzanne Hawthorne Arp; his brother Freddie Joe Arp; his parents, Charlie Arp and Alma Arp; and his brother-in-law Jack Nichols.
He is survived by: his wife Debi Widener Arp; his children, Kristi Ferguson (Dave), Leslie Lindsey (Bryan), Carrie Waltman (Scott) and Charlie Arp (Ashley); his grandchildren, Valerie Goss (Austin), Hayden Ferguson, Kaylen Lindsey (Tony Gonzalez), Maggie Lindsey, Parker Waltman and Charlotte Arp; his brother Doyle Arp (Kay); and his sister-in-law Carolyn Nichols. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
