He was predeceased by: his niece Madalyn Brooke Wilson. He is survived by: his children, Robert Reeves, Alex Silvey, Chelsea Silvey, Josh Silvey, Jasmine Silvey, Macklyn Russell and Jaime Russell; his parents, William Dexter Silvey (Tammy) and Gwyn Vinson Silvey; and his siblings, Sonday Russell (John), Jeff Silvey (Jen), Lena Rolen (Billy), Jeremy Silvey and Amanda Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
