He is survived by: his children, Shannon Jacobs Hawkins (Geremy) and Tonya Jacobs Vineyard (Brent); his grandchildren, Chloe Holt, Abby, Baylee Hawkins, Kyndal Vineyard and Lane Vineyard; and his brothers, Willis Jacobs (Sandra), Michael Jacobs (Peggy), Boyd Jacobs (Jennifer) and Rick Jacobs (Silvia). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
