He was predeceased by: his wife Frances W. Campbell; his parents, John T. Campbell and Jeanette Campbell; and his brothers, Dan W. and John W. Campbell.
He is survived by: his sons, George Kenneth Campbell and Paul Otis Campbell; and his grandchildren, Joshua J. T. Campbell and KeAnna Morgan Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the GA Masonic Home for Children, Loudon County Human Society, First Baptist Church Building Fund , or the Pat Summit Alzheimer Foundation.
