He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Cunningham (David Hitch) and Crawford Dale Cunningham Jr. (Tammy); his grandchildren, Ian Helton, Callie Cunningham and Caleb Cunningham; and his siblings, Wallace Cunningham (Shirley), Bill Cunningham and Sherry Franklin (Gary). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
