He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Rushe and Mary Rushe. He is survived by: his wife Ursula Rushe; and his siblings, Carol Olup, Janet Piecchowski and John Rushe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; brothers-in-law and sister-in-law.
