He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bert Ratledge, Sr. and Myrtle Maples Ratledge; his wife Ann Hall Ratledge; his sons, John and Jeff; and his sisters, Mary Helen Collins and Ruth Ratledge.
He is survived by: his daughter Jan Ratledge; his granddaughters, Misty (Mike Newman) and Philadelphia; his great grandchildren, Luke Newman of West Hartford, CT, Jaycee, Jaida Newman and Philadelphia; and his friend Jackie Lefler. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
