He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Binder and Caroline Binder. He is survived by: his wife Claire Binder; his sons, James Binder (Dawn) and Jeffrey Binder (Diane); and his grandchildren, Justin, Chad, Nicole, Alyssa and Vanessa.
