She was predeceased by: her husband Dr. J. Raymond Kuzara. She is survived by: her children, Mark Kuzara (Sandi), David Kuzara (Anne Ludlow), Eric Kuzara (Lori) and Anne Kuzara; and her sisters, Patricia Walter and Cathy Scott. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
