She was predeceased by: her husband Martin A. Broders; and her parents, Dewey Cooper and Sophia Cooper. She is survived by: her children, Kaye Blair of Danville Virginia and Eric (Patricia Weaver); her sisters, Wilma Minor and Ann Duncan; her grandchildren, Dustin Blair, Bryan, Victoria Blair, Johnathan Blair and Benjamin Blair; and her great grandchildren, Charlie Blair, Vivienne Blair and Willa Blair.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to Alzheimer's Association in honor of Charlotte.
