She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lewis and Julia Floy Watson (Stout); her husband Johnnie Harold Howard; and her siblings, Herman Allen Watson and Elizabeth Ruth "Betty" Hooker.
She is survived by: her son Joe; her daughter-in-law Cheryl Howard; her daughter Ann Howard Mattei of Elkhart, IN; her grandchildren, Heather, Nick and Leah Howard; her great grandchild Watson Lee; and her siblings, Phillip Watson and Mary Louise Terry of Seattle, WA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
