She was predeceased by: her parents, Mamie Charlotte (Lotz) and Henry Paul Wagenknecht. She is survived by: her husband David Badgley; her children, Gina Arndt of Loudon, Tammy Shaw (Dave) of Loudon, Richard Binger (Olivia) of Texarkana, TX and Tracy Binger (Emily); and her grandchildren, Samantha, Lisa, Sax, Gage, Devin, Charles, Promise, Colton, Brandon, Trenton, Ryder and Delaney. She is also survived by Eleven great-grandchildren as well as many friends.
