He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Hannan Pittman; his daughter Michelle Cox; his granddaughters, Amy and Claire Cox; his daughter Shauna Sullins; his son-in-law David Sullins; his grandson Austin; his great grandchild Kai David Sullins of Utah; and his children, Green Oaks and Arlington.
