He is survived by: his mother Faye Brookshire; his daughters, Samantha Brookshire and Tara Lawson (Aaron); his stepdaughter Christy Green (Darrell); his grandchildren, Adriana Lorenzo, Noah Brookshire, Gabriela Lorenzo, Jocelyn Velasquez, Samara Renee G., Hunter Lawson, Taylor Green (Courtney), David Green and Dalton Green; his siblings, Evonne Crawford (H. B.), Kenny Brookshire, Mike Brookshire (Kim) and Jeff Brookshire (Lethia); his nieces, Kim Tunkel (Pete) and Lacy Brookshire; and his nephew Jeremiah Brookshire.
