Carol Slade Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Slade of Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Putnam and Alma Putnam (Johnson); her husband Roger Forrest Slade; and her brother Richard Gary Nolan. She is survived by: her sons, Keith Binkley (Lisa Amelse) and Joey (Tammy Binkley); her grandchildren, Josie White, Bethani Binkley, Joshua Binkley, Hannah Binkley and William Binkley; and her great grandchild Ava Hupp.
