He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Sibbitt and Jessie Sibbitt. He is survived by: his spouse Vivian; his daughter Julie Carter (Mark); his sister Marjorie Rakestraw (Ernie); his grandchild Kristopher Presnell; his friend Kathleen; his great grandchildren, Hadlee Presnell, Khloe Presnell, Saylor, Brooks and Harper Bishop; and also, Kari Bishop (Rawley), Noah Sibbitt, Sarah Sibbitt and Shelby Carter. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
