He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Katherine Hicks and Ray William Moore; his grandparents, Pauline and Walt Galyon; his siblings, Wanda Cline and Jack Moore; and his uncles, George Berry and Charles Berry.
He is survived by: his daughters, Demmi Rhae Moore and Carissa Smyly; his sister Patricia Beets; and his close friend Amy McNeil (Bryson Witt). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
