It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Blake Goins (Loudon, Tennessee), born in Knoxville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 8, 2018, at the age of 23, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William Blankenship and Pauline Blankenship. He is survived by: his parent Patricia Goins; his siblings, Amber Henderson (Matthew) and Tyler Goins (Morgan); his nephews, Oakley Henderson and Brantley Goins; his niece Henley Goins; and his grandparent Pat Goins of Knoxville. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and other loving relatives.
