He is survived by: his wife Leslie Thomson Hoover; his children, Kim (Dean Rowe), Monica McCulloch, Sarah (Daniel Watkins), Jeb (Alexis Hoover) and Kris (Mindy Meyer); his grandchildren, Kasi Hoover, Jessica Rowe, Miranda Rowe, Chris Rowe, Tosha Gray, Aaron Ramsey, Andrew Ramsey, Alex Ramsey, Rylan Meyer, Sullivan Meyer, Ellie Watkins, Caleb Watkins and Leland Hoover; and his aunt Carolyn Roach. He is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
