With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Jenkins of Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on August 25, 2020 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Jenkins and Lucille Jenkins; and his brothers, Burl, George, Carl and Jack Jenkins.

He is survived by: his children, Missy Neeley and William Kerr; his brother Doug Jenkins; his grandchildren, Isaiah, Kayla, Sam Neeley, Hailey and Sierra Kerr; and his close friend Rick Littleton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
