He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Harvey and Ora Harvey (Clevenger); and his brothers, Elmer Harvey and Mitchell Harvey. He is survived by: his spouses, Anna B. Cody and Marion Myers; his sons, Steve Harvey, Gary Harvey of Blount Co and John Harvey; and his adoptive daughter Melissa Harvey. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
