He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolly Baker (Herbert Baker) and Carl Bell; and his brother Bert Baker. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Bill Jr. (Shawn) of Lenoir City and John (Susan) of Loudon; his grandchildren, Jessica Massey (Lucas), Chris Baker (Karilee), Ashley Olsen (Ian), Justin Baker and Samantha Shelton (Shane); his great grandchildren, Lilah Massey, Mason Krause, Lakin Shelton, Sophia Massey, Raiden Olsen, Alice Baker, Willow Baker and Sadie Baker; and his sisters-in-law, Terri Baker and Dawn Brabson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Lakeview Cemetery (100 City Park Dr, Lenoir City, TN 37772).
