He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Bill Jr. (Shawn) of Lenoir City and John (Susan) of Loudon; his grandchildren, Jessica Massey (Lucas), Chris Baker (Karilee), Ashley Olsen (Ian), Justin Baker and Samantha Shelton (Shane); his great grandchildren, Lilah Massey, Mason Krause, Lakin Shelton, Sophia Massey, Raiden Olsen, Alice Baker, Willow Baker and Sadie Baker; and his sisters-in-law, Terri Baker and Dawn Brabson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
