She was predeceased by: her husband Glen Underwood; her parents, Cad Geagley and Lillie Geagley; and her brother Don Geagley. She is survived by: her sister Evelyn Murrell; and her nieces and nephews, Donna Blair, Karen Crawford, Lisa Dickinson, Tim Murrell (Marta) and Jeff Geagley.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Blairland Baptist Church in Betty's honor.
