She is survived by: her children, Gene Lively (April) and Tina Lively (Bill Collis); her grandchildren, Chelsie Foxx, Brent Purdy, Dalton Lively (Ashley), Jacob Lively (Savannah), Zachary Lance, Brandon Lively, Brittany Lively, Skyenne Lance (Josh) and Cheyenne Lance; her great grandchildren, Clayton Foxx (Arianna Hayes), Skylar Foxx, Braxton Foxx, Logan Kinder, Alayah Lance, Marceline Lively and Brennyn Purdy; and her siblings, Deana Lively (late Jimmy), Brenda Collins (Tim), Peggy Jacobs (Mike), Paul Shaw (Toni), Carl Shaw (Linda), Jacky Shaw (Teresa) and Matthew Ledford (Marsha). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
