She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Mays and Alpha Mays; and her brothers, Bobby Jo (Margo Ebitt Mays) and Houston Leroy Mays (Glenda Mays). She is survived by: her husband Bruce Kilmer; her brother James Larry (Norma Arnold Mays); and her stepson George A Reynolds III. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
