It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Benny W. McLemore of Loudon, Tennessee, who passed away on September 11, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen McLemore and Vesta McLemore (Duncan); and his brother Oliver McLemore. He is survived by: his wife Winna McLemore (Hammontree); his children, Eddie Hammontree, Benny C. McLemore (Melissa Kennedy), Rhonda Lanter (John) and Christie Teaster (Dallas); his grandchildren, Johnathan Hammontree (Kaitlyn), Samantha Perez and Britney Fuller; his stepgrandchildren, Dylan Branson and Ashley Brummett; his great grandchildren, Sage Teaster and Tatum Hammontree; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Axl Brummett and Paislynn Branson; his siblings, Wendell McLemore (Margaret), Thomas McLemore (Rhonda), Sue Oliver (Dan), Wilma Cameron (Charles) and Sandra Garrett (Grayson); and his sister-in-law Hilda McLemore. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
