She was predeceased by: her former husband Charles Chambers; her significant other Clarence "Dude" Everett; her daughters, Angela and Melinda Chambers; her parents, John H. Kirkland and Minnie Shirk Kirkland; her siblings, Nelda Kirkland, Shirley Giles, Sue Kirkland, Charles Kirkland and Buck Kirkland; and her daughter Jerry Foster.

She is survived by: her children, Kim Shell (Paul), Sissy, Henry Chambers and Charlie Chambers; her grandchildren, Ryne Foster (Sheena), Brett Foster, Justin Shell (Savannah) and Henry Lee Chambers Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jemma, Nia, Ava Foster, Taylor, Georgia and Madilynn Chambers; her siblings, Earl "Cotton" Kirkland, Jean Kirkland, Linda Thompson and Betty Hagaman; and her close friends, Charlene and Tiny. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
