He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Morgan II and Mary Morgan of Virginia; and his sister Patsy Sasser. He is survived by: his wife Ethel Faye Stewart Morgan; his children, Doug Morgan (Robin), Cindy Milliken and Jackie Dillingham (Mike); and his siblings, Scott Morgan (Deymian) and Barbra "Babs" Mabie. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren; Several Step Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and Great Great Grandchildren.
