He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy, Imogene Gray, Paul and Jewel Whitis; and his parents, Paul Edward Whitis (Eddie) and Rose Marie Whitis.
He is survived by: his significant other Vanessa Simbeck; his daughters, Madelyn Simbeck, Katelynn Whitis, Evelyn Whitis and Raylynn Simbeck; and his sister Jennifer Whitis.
