He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his mother Pat; his children, Robert Clyde and Lisa Marie Fraley (Drake); his stepson Gary; his siblings, Peanut Perry (Patsy), Tina Davis Loreto (Wayne) and Kim Davis (Terry); his granddaughter Aleigha Fraley; his sister-in-law Jan; his brother Dean Perry; and his nephew Chad Perry.
