She is survived by: her husband Wade Smith; her sons, William Anthony Smith (Heather), Bradley Craig Smith and Christopher Ryan Smith; her siblings, Billy L. Simon (Cheryl), Melinda S. Hawkins (Mike Woodall) and Priscilla Anglin; and her granddaughter Ada Jane Smith.
