He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Turner and Ruby Cole Turner; and also Barbara Turner. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Price (Richard); his granddaughters, Sarah Salsman (Max) and Emily; his great grandchild Roman; and his children, Jeff Turner (Billie) and Tami Smith (James). He is also survived by Cousins, Nieces & Nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
