It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marcus Dale Davis of Loretto, Tennessee, born in Wayne, Michigan, who passed away on November 30, 2024, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Marcus Dale departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Marcus Dale may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Marcus Dale leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Davis and Emelie "Mickey" Davis; his brother Bob Davis; his nephews, Ethan and Austin Davis; and his niece Emily Davis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Amanda Hart Loretto (Mitch), Kathryn and Jason Davis Summertown (Teranda). He is also survived by the cat Several nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, & uncles.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Loretto Memorial Chapel (110 N Military St, Loretto, TN 38469). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
