He is survived by: his wife Peggy Fisher; his stepmother Frances Staggs Lawrenceburg; his children, Anthony "Tony" Staggs Loretto, Alethea McMasters (Mark) and Kerri Staggs (Nikki); his brother Gene Ellis Staggs (Gail); his stepbrother Douglas; his sister Joan Keltner Hoover (Norm); his grandchildren, Jordyn Passarella (Houston), Nick Suratt (Macey), Skylar McMasters and Ty McMasters; his great grandchildren, Adley Passarella, Amree Belle Passarella, Ace Passarella and Honorary Pallbearer-David Smith; and his pets, Trouble and Precious. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, & Cousins.
