Shaffer of Loretto, Tennessee, born in New Paris, Ohio, who passed away on November 21, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Shaffer and Garnett Petry Shaffer; and his brothers, Don Shaffer and Loren Shaffer. He is survived by: his wife Helen Shaffer of Loretto, TN; his children, Mark Shaffer (Cindi) of Richmond, IN, Sharon Rader (Ed) of New Paris, OH and Tina Robinson (Rodney) of Loretto, TN; and his siblings, Junior Shaffer of New Paris, OH, Alan Shaffer of New Paris, OH and Wanda Smith of New Paris, OH.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
