He was predeceased by: his wife Claudiette Sewell Fowlkes; and his parents, Leonard Fowlkes and Pauline Baskins Fowlkes. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Wood (John) and Michael Fowlkes Madison; his grandchildren, Dylan Wood (Meghan), Bryce and Brody Fowlkes Madison; and his siblings, George, Donald Fowlkes Petersville and Janie Pierce Russellville (Bobby). He is also survived by Several Nieces & Nephews.
