He is survived by: his friend Carolyn Boswell of Loretto, Tennessee; his son Mike Wakefield of Huntingdon, Tennessee; his brother Gayle Wakefield of Bradenton, Florida; his grandchildren, Adam Wakefield (Elizabeth) and Amanda Ward (Kris); and his great grandchildren, Abigail Wakefield, Madison Wakefield and Porter Ward.
