She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Sandy and Bessie Slater Sandy; her son Royce Elkins; her daughter-in-law Mildred; and her brothers, William Leo "Red" Sandy, Pallbearers-Ryan Kress, Paul Kress, Ricky Sandy, Gary Lamm, Henry King, Gilbert White Thanks and Dr. Staley.
She is survived by: her son Doyce Elkins; her brother Owen; her granddaughter Emmy Kress (Ryan); and her great grandchildren, Kalli and Louci.
