He is survived by: his wife Barbara Williamson Caldwell; his son Frank Caldwell, III (Lisa); his siblings, Gail Alexander Caldwell (Janet) and Janice Ammons Wadsworth (Patrick); and his grandchildren, Allison Cross (Adam), Micah Urban (Jessica), Matthew Urban (Katie) and Abigail Caldwell. He is also survived by great grandchildren.
