She was predeceased by: her brother Denny Russ (Freda); her parents, Waylon Gist (Lenice Russ) and Husband-Johnnie "Bud" Gist; her sons, Roy and Ray Gist; and her sisters, Betty Lou Russ, Elizabeth Lantzer and Marion Brown.
She is survived by: her in-laws, Bobbie Gist Cookeville and Pauline Gist Lawrenceburg; her grandchildren, Sissy Vick (Chris), Stacey Bishop (Wesley), Johnathan Gist (Tara) and Ronald Gist (Amanda); and her stepgrandson Tim Smith Lawrenceburg. She is also survived by Grandchildren 1-Great Great Grandchild.
