He was predeceased by: his parents, Olie Comer and Tera Mae Comer; and his sister Imogene Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Guthrie Comer; his daughter Gina Brewer (Kelvin) of Florence, AL; his sister Helen Thigpen (Wayne); and his granddaughters, Ally Brewer and Emry Brewer. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
