He was predeceased by: his siblings, Arthur Lewis Kincaid, Elizabeth Kincaid Waters, Warren Kincaid, Richard Kincaid, Robert Kincaid and Jerome Kincaid.
He is survived by: his children, Mary Elizabeth Spence (Daniel) and Timothy Paul Kincaid; his grandchildren, Brian McCoy, Matthew McCoy, Ashley McCurdy, Luke Spence, Andrew Kincaid, Izaac Kincaid, Garrett Kincaid, Joshua Spence and Jacob Spence; his great grandchildren, Kaylie McCoy, Kaytie McCoy and Grayson Spence; and his siblings, David Kincaid (Linda), Charles Kincaid (Marilyn) and Margaret Craig (Jacque). He is also survived by 21 nieces and nephews.
