He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Perdue and Effie Perdue (Polson). He is survived by: his daughter Cynthia Sullivan (Jayson); and his grandsons, Cody Sullivan and Cole Sullivan. He is also survived by nephews, other family and friends.
