She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Riddle (Jeremy) of Cookeville, TN; her siblings, Corrine Richards of Ohio and Richard Kowlaczyk (Cindy) of Ohio; her sister-in-law Chris Kowalczyk of Ohio; her granddaughters, McKenzie McCanaha of Ohio, Delaney McConaha of Livingston, TN, Haley Reynolds of Gainesboro, TN and Christabella Riddle of Cookeville, TN; her great grandchild Tydus Dial of Livingston, TN; and her close friends, Terri McConaha and Dino Wright of Cleveland, Ohio.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other family members.
