She was predeceased by: her daughter Tonya Telisa Kelly. She is survived by: her husband Mark Wilmoth; her daughters, Mariah Wilmoth, Racquel Eich (Josh), Jaclyn (Tony) and McCloud; her siblings, Gail Pecor, Debbie Booth (Ken), Cynthia Keffer (Robert), Ginger Clouse (Mike), Allen Wells (Trish), Timmy Wells (Sheila) and Wilbur Oswald (Lisa); her stepparents, Jewell Sapp and Spencer Peterson; her grandchildren, Dylan Penley, Amara Penley, Marcus Penley, Haven Hix, Parker Williams and Bo Eich Tons; her father Rescue; and also Pallbearers.
