He was predeceased by: his father Luther Stamps. He is survived by: his mother Betty V. Stamps (Bilyeu); his wife Jean Stamps; his children, Sonya Swallows (Jayson), Dewain Upchurch (Rita), Michael Hayes (Kellie) and Anthony Hayes; his sisters, Tina Dixon (Bruce), Rita Daniels (Adam) and Rachel Stamps; his mother-in-law Reba Upchurch; and his close friend Annette Norrod. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews, other family and friends.
